Introduction

An unscheduled routine inspection was conducted to assess compliance with the Community Care & Assisted Living Act (CCALA), the Child Care Licensing Regulation (CCLR) and the relevant Director of Licensing Standards of Practice (DOLSP). All care categories were inspected for compliance.

No violations were found during the inspection.
Comments

Summary of Inspection
At the inspection dated February 29, 2024 there were 14 children and three staff present. At this inspection no contraventions were identified. As part of this routine inspection, a facility risk assessment tool is completed and a copy is provided. This report was reviewed with the manager, written on site and a copy of this report will be emailed to the manager.
The following were discussed:
Using paper Reportable Incident forms until the on-line system is activated.
Monitoring fridge temperatures to ensure they are between 0-4c
