- Bleach is available for sanitizing. Discussed manual dishwashing procedures. Ensure bleach sanitizer is prepared by mixing 1/2 teaspoon (1/2 cap) unscented bleach per 1L of water.
- Dry storage areas are satisfactory
- No signs of pests observed during inspection
