Observation: Noted duct tape on handle of paper towel holder at hand sink in food preparation area. Duct table also on freezer unit in dry storage area. Handle of wonton soup hot holding unit had foam material wrapped around it.
Corrective Action(s): Remove duct tape from equipment and foam material. Repair/replace any equipment that is broken and not in good working order. All surfaces/equipment are to be smooth, non absorbent and washable.

Hand wash stations were fully equipped with hot/cold running water, soap and paper towel.
All coolers 4C or less (sliding two door cooler unit and walk in cooler unit)
All freezers less than -18C
Hot holding of wonton soup and rice higher than 60C
Good general sanitation. No obvious sign of pest activity noted at time of inspection.
Dry storage area well maintained.
Screen was in place over open back door at time of inspection.
Live crab tank empty at time of inspection.
Chlorine sanitizer in container with cloths submerged 100ppm.
High temperature dish washer achieved 71C (with thermolabel).
All stored foods appeared protected (ie. stored off the ground, covered, lights in food preparation areas covered..etc)
Cutting block has been resurfaced since last routine inspection.
