Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hand sink was missing paper towels again. Hot water for hand sink was also turned off.
Corrective Action(s): Never turn off hot water at any sink.
Ensure hand washing sink is always properly supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels. Next repeat violation will result in the issuance of a violation ticket.

Comments

- Hand sink had liquid soap.
- All coolers were measured at 4C or colder
- Freezers temperatures were satisfactory
- Most food items were covered. Ensure ALL foods are properly covered and/or stored in pest-proof containers.
- High-temperature dishwasher reached 71C at the dish surface during rinse cycle - good.
- Bleach sanitizer solution available at 100 ppm chlorine. Ensure to use this sanitizer solution to sanitizer food contact surfaces throughout the day. Change the solution every 2-4 hours.
- Dry storage area organization has improved.
- Ventilation canopy satisfactory. Due for professional cleaning July 2nd.
