- 200ppm quats solution available for surface sanitizing
- Walk-in cooler, front drink cooler, pizza prep cooler, condiment cooler measured at less than 4C
- Freezer is functional measured at -16C
- Three compartment sink available at the back for dishwashing
- All foods stored in food grade materials, off the floor
- No signs of pest activity at the time of inspection
- All equipment clean and sanitary
- Foodsafe certification verified at the time of inspection
- Overall sanitation is EXCELLENT
