Observation: Droppings found behind stand up fridges in kitchen and meat smoker. As well as down the hallway to the staff room and the in the office storage area
Corrective Action(s): Ensure areas are fully cleaned and sanitized twice a day, before opening and at the end of the day.

Observation: Sanitizer dispenser in the meat area at 50ppm Quats.
Correction: Ensure the dispenser is recalibrated/repaired to ensure it provides 200ppm at all times

-provide pest control report to EHO by email
-Ensure cleaning and sanitizing is done twice a day
-Company that services the sanitizer dispenser is on strike however dispenser in kitchen is at the right concentration. Ensure spray bottles for meat department are filled there. Manually fill sink with sanitizer and use test strips to verify it's concentration is at 200ppm
