304 - Premises not free of pests [s. 26(a)] Observation: Some rat droppings were noticed underneath the ice maker and behind the deep freezer Corrective Action(s): Hire a licensed pest control company to start pest monitoring and control immediately. Please submit a pest control inspection report. Remove all droppings and clean the affected area with hot water and bleach.( Immediately) Violation Score: 9 305 - Conditions observed that may allow entrance/harbouring/breeding of pests [s. 26(b),(c)] Observation: There is a likelyhood that rats may be coming through the ceiling from the adjoining Track & Field storage and meeting rooms. Corrective Action(s): Ensure to get the Track and Field rooms checked by the pest control operator and seal or patch any entry holes etc. Ensure that all doors have appropriate weather stripping to prevent rodent entry ( ASAP).
