Routine inspection: Hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels. 3 compartment sink available for manual ware washing. Bleach sanitizer solution available for use in labeled spray bottle. General sanitizer solution: 1 oz of regular unscented bleach to 1 gallon of water. Walk in cooler at 0-2 degrees C. Front area freezer at -15 degrees C. Monitor and ensure -18 degrees C. Front area display cooler at 4 degrees C. Small under the counter cooler for personal use only. Note: minor cleaning required for ceiling tiles above the exhaust canopy.
