Full inspection was carried out January 29, 2018 following renovations to the Brewery. Hot and cold water is provided at all sinks. Renovations are as per plans. Procedures were reviewed Jan 29. Liquid soap and paper towels are provided at hand washing sinks. Follow manufacturer's instructions regarding chemical use. Keep chemicals separate. Follow standard procedures for cleaning and sanitizing equipment as per previous inspection.
