- General sanitation is satisfactory.
- Upright cooler (milk) = 4C.
- Walk-in cooler = 4C.
- Display freezer (bread, pizza, freezies)= -18C.
- Display ice cream freezer = -18C.
- Surface sanitizer available in spray bottles at 100ppm bleach solution. Ensure to have surface sanitizers available at the front serving area and use clean wiping cloths.
- Dry storage area has adequate space and wire racks. Most food items stored at min 6inches off the floor.
- No signs of pest activity.
- Random food items (i.e.dairy products, eggs, prepackaged food) checked for expiration dates, condition of packaging, and any signs of deterioration. All in good conditions.
