Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Operator is re-using large bottled water dispensing containers for re-filling of tea drinks. These containers cannot be adequately cleaned and sanitized manually as certain parts cannot be accessed like the handle. As well they are not dishwash safe.
Corrective Action(s): Discontinue their use -use dishwash safe washable dispensers. Those large water bottle dispensers are meant for single-use.
