Cleaning improvement noted - thorough cleaning of corners, cooler gaskets, etc. should be done more regularly to prevent accumulation of food debris and grime. Cleaning checklist was posted. Acquire new ice wands and use ice bath with regular stirring in meantime to cool foods rapidly.
