Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] (1. No sanitizer available in back food preparation area. Container of wiping cloths did not have any sanitizer solution in it.

-High temperature dishwasher has been fixed and achieved 77 deg. C (as per thermolabel - attached)
--> Operator permitted to start using dishwasher again.
-No wiping cloths were noted on counter or shelves. All stored in sanitizer at time of inspection.
-Required cleaning has been completed. Continue to monitor for pest activity & report any new activity to pest control technician.
