Sanitizer (Quats) measured at 200 ppm concentration with wiping rags in the bucket at the time of inspection.
All ceiling lights in the kitchen has been covered with protective sleeves.
Most mould has been cleaned from the wall around the two compartment sink. Some staining still noted. Continue thorough routine cleaning.
Cardboard has been removed and no longer in use.
Leaking tap in the two compartment sink has been fixed.
Broken tiles on floor near the white upright cooler has been fixed and surface is smooth, easy to clean.
