New prep cooler provided at ramen station, temp 4 C Sanitizer containers set-up with 100 ppm chlorine sanitizer. Cloth rags on counters have 100 ppm chlorine residual. New papertowel dispenser provided at servery handsink that is suitable for large paper roll. Sushi bar - wire obstruction right papertowel dispenser handle has been removed. Ramen handsink observed fully accessible. Sushi bar - staff no longer use stagnant water container to wet fingers during food preparation. Staff personal items not observed stored on food preparation surfaces. Cleaning around back kitchen chest freezer completed. Walk-in freezer - a new replacement door has been ordered, awaiting shipment. Ramen bar 2 comp sink plumbing leak has been repaired. New counter top food warmer provided to hot hold tempura, temp 80 C
