Introduction

An unscheduled routine inspection was conducted to assess compliance with the Community Care & Assisted Living Act (CCALA), the Child Care Licensing Regulation (CCLR) and the relevant Director of Licensing Standards of Practice (DOLSP). All care categories were inspected for compliance.

No violations were found during the inspection.
Comments

Summary of Inspection
At the inspection dated January 11, 2023 there were 19 children and three staff present. At this inspection no contraventions were identified. As part of this routine inspection, a facility risk assessment tool is completed and a copy is provided. This report was reviewed with an ECE Staff member and written off site. A copy of this report will be emailed to the facility.
The following was discussed:
If a manager leaves the program, a new manager must be appointed within 30 days.
