Hand wash station well supplied with soap and paper towel in dispensers. All cabinets, drawers, dry storage, counters and shelves are visibly clean and organized. Fridges below 4C. Freezers below -18C. Mini dishwasher for glasses is residential grade, not tested during the inspection. Washrooms and main areas generally clean. No signs of pests at the time of inspection. Equipment and food prep areas in generally good condition.
