Corrective Action(s): Purchase and place all food in pest proof containers with tight fitting lids. The owner has contacted a pest control company already and is waiting for them to come on site. Comments

All coolers were < 4 C. All freezers were < -18 C. The dishwasher had 100 ppm chlorine during the final rinse cycle. Proper cooling was discussed. Hand sinks supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels. Bleach was at 100 ppm. -Follow up inspection in one week.
