Quat sanitizer in spray bottle tested at 200ppm Dishwasher at 75c (At plate level) *Ensure food safe coverage is in place. There must be at 1 employee on site who has food safe level 1 or equivalent at all times. Delivery driver in store at time of inspection has food safe/equivalent but the other employee on site currently does not. Provided a copy of food safe equivalent courses.
