Walk-in Freezer at -18C or below. High temperature dishwasher at 77.3C at plate surface. Ice machine maintained in a sanitary condition. Food in storage covered. Employees in uniform and hair tied back/covered. Abell Pest Control completes monthly visits. No pest issues noted during inspection. General maintenance and sanitation is good. Note: Facility not affected due to 2021 flooding (facility located on second level).
