Corrective Action(s): Handsink needs to be accessible at all times. Operator moved laundry bag at time of inspection.

Observation: 1. Cardboard being used on shelves in walk in cooler, on shelf by back door and under spices containers in kitchen
2. Rice soaking in bowl was stored on the floor in the walk in cooler
3. Foods (potato balls) found uncovered in walk in cooler
Corrective Action(s): 1. Remove all cardboard from shelves.
2. Store ALL foods off the floor.
3. Cover ALL foods.
