-Follow-up inspection to October 24, 2023.
-High temperature dishwasher has been serviced and was able to provide a final rinse temperature of 71, 74, and 76C on the dish surface (minimum of 71C required for proper sanitizing). Rinse gauge was at 82C/180F. Continue to monitor dishwasher rinse temperature and contact a service technician as needed.
