Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Premix disinfectant (Quaternary Ammonium) observed to be used in front counter. Manager stated this was for high-touch points, but is used for other surfaces as well. Solution measured >400ppm QUATS and instructions stated it was not for food applications.
**Corrected during inspection** 200ppm QUATS dispenser located in back room plumbed into 3 compartment sink. Spray bottle of 200ppm solution dispensed and relocated in front area for sanitation needs.

Please do not use premix disinfectant for food contact surfaces. Ensure faucet is not running when dispensing sanitizer as the dispenser requires a certain water pressure to siphon solution.
