- Food storage is on shelving and foods are covered

- Premise was clean and well maintained at the time of inspection

For Correction: Serving utensils such as scoop for mashed potatoes should be maintained above 60C (or below 4C) if they are not cleaned and sanitized immediately after use. Scoops were held in hot-holding unit, but with no water in this compartment, the food debris on their surface was at 40C. Staff reported these scoops are changed after a maximum of 1.5 hours (good). Recommend filling compartment with water to maintain at 60C to ensure used scoops never remain at temperatures between 4 - 6-C for more than 2 hours.
