Observation: Manager was away at time of inspection and staff on site did not have FOODSAFE certificate
Corrective Action(s): Spoke to manager over the phone and she indicated she would be coming in to the facility. As discussed, there must always be at least one staff on site during each shift that has valid FOODSAFE. Ensure that staff receive FOODSAFE training.

-General sanitation satisfactory; ensure all surfaces/counters are thoroughly wiped down
-Permit is posted in front area
