Observation: Mice droppings noted in various locations of kitchen including under storage shelves, cooking equipment and in walk-in-cooler.
Corrective Action(s): - Clean up droppings as required.
- All items in the walk-in-cooler must be stored off the floor.
- All open bags of ingridients must be in tightly sealed storage bins.
- Identify entry points. Continue to monitor for activity.

- Temperature of cooler and freezers were adequate.
*Freezer in front of stove needs to be defrosted.
- Handsinks were equipped with liquid soap and paper towels.
*Please remove cloth towel and bar soap from the employee washroom.
- >50ppm chlorine was detected in the dishwasher after cycle.
- Bleach solution was available to soak wiping cloths.
