Observation: A poison bait box was found in the dry storage area. To prevent contamination of food products, rodent poison is not permitted in food areas. Remove the bait box and use live traps only in food areas.

Routine inspection conducted and the following were noted at the time of inspection.
All cooler units were less than or equal to 4C and equipped with thermometers.
Freezer units at -18C.
General sanitation satisfactory.
No pest activity noted.
Chlorine dishwasher achieved a final rinse concentration of 100ppm. Ensure unit is tested daily with chlorine test paper to ensure it is in good working order.
Quats dispenser at 200ppm. Wiping rags stored in sanitizer buckets and placed in food preparation areas.
Hand washing stations satisfactory.
All food items properly covered and stored at least 6 inches off the ground.
At least 1 person on duty holds a valid FOODSAFE Level 1 certification and a copy of certificate was on-site.
