Each bin should have a designated scoop or a sign advising customers that scoops maybe contaminated with any of the bulk foods to warn about potential allergens. - No expired products found during this inspection. - Hand washing station fully equipped. Paper towels provided during the inspection. - pest control in place Reminder: the knives, cutting boards and any other food contact surface must be washed and sanitized after use. (one ounce of bleach per gallon of water) Note: The fortune cookies purchased from Sysco is portioned and packaged on site. The portioned bags are missing labels. Please provide labels.
