304 - Premises not free of pests [s. 26(a)] Observation: Rodent droppings under shelving units in warehouse have not been cleaned. Corrective Action(s): Pest control company is scheduled to visit on Monday, July 24th - Keep invoice on-site. Move shelving units to clean and sanitize floors of entire warehouse area. Pull shelving away from wall such that all stored items are away from the walls and off the floor. Have pest control company assess facility for possible points of entry. Correct by: Tuesday, July 25 Violation Score: 9 305 - Conditions observed that may allow entrance/harbouring/breeding of pests [s. 26(b),(c)] Observation: Gaps under doors between store and warehouse have not been sealed. Staff stated door sweeps have been ordered. - Hand sinks now supplied with liquid soap for proper handwashing. - No utensils were being stored in hand sinks **Follow-up inspection required on Tuesday, July 25th. Failure to clean floors of warehouse and seal gaps under doors may result in further enforcement actions.
