Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1) Wiping cloths stored on the table.
2) Bleach bucket/container not present during inspection. One must be prepared at all times. This is a repeated violation
3) Stir sticks stored in standing water
Corrective Action(s): 1) Prepare 100ppm chlorine sanitizer container and store wiping cloths in sanitizer solution. This will prevent the spread of bacteria with moist wiping cloths.

-Contents of metal cans are poured into another container before storing in the coolers. Reminder to not store metal cans in coolers as this can be a leeching risk.
