Code 302 noted on Routine inspection # MBEK-AYETX8 of May-03-2018 Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] (No bleach detected in sanitizing solution with wiping cloths. It was stated by the operator that bleach had just run out and a cleaning product is being used in lieu of bleach/sanitizer. )

Follow up to Rpt # MBEK-AYETX8. Wiping cloths are stored in a bleach water sanitizer measured at 200 ppm chlorine. Please ensure that an adequate supply of bleach or another food contact surface sanitizer is available on site.
