Follow up inspection: -Probe thermometer was available and in good working order on-site. -Hot-held samosas and chicken were at or above 60 degrees C internal temperature. -Another liquid soap dispenser was added at the counter in the staff washroom that is easy to use. -Newspaper was removed from the chemical storage cabinet.
