Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Although bleach was available on site, statff stated that non-bleach sanitizer was used to clean food contact surface but was unable to show nor explain how to make sanitizer. Non-bleach sanitizer bottle was empty at the time of inspection. Sanitizer should be prepared at the beginning of each shift.
