A follow up inspection was performed for routine inspection MKIM-CBWULK and the following observations were made - Potentially hazardous food were kept in conditions 4C or less - Food were observed to be kept at least 6 inches from floor level - Kitchen utensils were kept in a clean and sanitary manner - Raw protein items were not observed to be thawed in room temperature - Storage area observed to be maintained in a clean and sanitary manner - Single use containers were all discarded and sauces were observed to be kept in stainless steel inserts inside the cooler - Items not required for food premise operation (Manual vegetable slicer) were removed from the premise - All violations addressed
