-Follow-up inspection to August 12, 2021. -Facility has purchased a new bottle of bleach. -Bleach sanitizer container by the coffee machine was at 100ppm. -Operator is not longer using a wiping cloth to dry hands. -Operator has a separate basket in the freezer for foods made from home - container needs to be labelled for personal use. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns. -Signature not required due to the COVID-19 Pandemic.
