Routine inspection conducted: FoodSafe certified staff onsite (ServSafe), permit posted.
- Hand washing stations equiped with hot + cold running water, soap and paper towel.
- 3 compt sink for dishwashing, sanitizer solution in 3rd sink @ 200 ppm Quatz.
- Sanitizer solution in pales available at various working stations, tested @ 200 ppm Quats, cloths stored in solution. Solution changed every 4 hrs/whenever dirty.
- All coolers <4 degrees Celsius, all freezers <-18 degrees Celsius
- Foods stored at least 15 cm above ground, labeled and followed FIFO.
- Soda machine and Ice cream machine clean, cleaned daily by store staff.
- General sanitation satisfactory, no signs of pests. Facility has a contracted pest control (Orkin)
- Ice machine is clean, scoop stored in a holder beside the machine.
