- All temperatures met health requirements:
Cooler maintained at 1.8 degrees Celsius.
Chest freezer maintained below -18 degrees Celsius.
- All food items stored in pest-proof containers with a lid.
- All food items stored off the floor.
- High temperature dishwasher sanitizing with >71 degrees Celsius for final rinse at dish level.

Front:

Beverage cooler maintained at 3.3. degrees Celsius.
