-All handsinks throughout the facility supplied with hot & cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels. -Dishwasher measured 100 ppm chlorine. -All cooling units at or below 4C -All freezer units at or below -18C -Hot held items at or above 60C -Good storage practices -Light fixtures are covered -Glass washer in the bar measured 25 ppm iodine. -General sanitation is excellent Note: Quats sanitizer in spray bottles, sani buckets and at dispenser all measured 400 ppm. Adjust the dispenser to have the concentration at 200 ppm.
