-Upright cooler was at 3C.
-Back cooler was at 4C.
-Back freezer was at -23C.
-High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse temperature of 76C on the dish surface (minimum of 71C required for proper sanitizing).
-Handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Bleach spray bottle was labelled and tested at 200ppm. Test strips available on-site to verify concentration.
-Minor amounts of foods stored on-site. Foods covered and protected from potential contamination.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 staff available on-site when kitchen is used.
