Observation: Both rice cookers had tape on them. This issue was noted on the previous report.

Comments

Hand wash stations were fully equipped with hot/cold running water, soap and paper towel.
All coolers 4C or less (prep cooler, undercounter coolers, pop cooler...etc)
Freezers all less than -18C
Hot holding of rice 68C
Chicken was being cooked in order to transfer into the preheated hot holding unit at time of inspection.
Probe thermometer available on site to check internal temperature of foods. Ensure probe is sanitized between uses
General sanitation satisfactory. No obvious sign of pest activity noted at time of inspection.
Chlorine sanitizer in container with cloths submerged 100ppm. Test strips available.
Manual ware washing procedures reviewed at time of inspection. Drain plugs available.
All stored foods appeared protected (ie. stored off the ground, covered..etc)
