-Paper towel and liquid soap are provided at hand wash sink
- General sanitation is satisfactory
* noted some stuff that appear to be rodent dropping in the cabinet under hand washing sink. Clean up and put sticky/snap traps for monitoring.
* only paper cups being used, for blender part ensure to follow the 4 steps manual dishwashing: wash with detergent and warm water, rinse with clean water, sanitize by soaking in bleach solution (1oz in 1 gallon for 2 minute )- Remove the reusable cups/glasses.
