Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. Found ice cream scoops to be used rinsed then put back on drying rack to be used again.
2. Was advised items were only sanitized at end of the day, no soap was being used.
3. wiping rags were sitting on top of faucet and on cupboard door handles, no sanitizer was made up.
4. Found a bottle of lemon scented chlorine bleach
Corrective Action(s): 1. Must keep ice cream scoops in ice cream, or in dipper well between uses and wash and sanitize them every 4 hours.
2. MUST wash with soap, rinse then sanitize in chlorine bleach (100-200 ppm ) for 2 mins.
3.Must keep wiping rags in chlorine sanitizer or use a clean cloth and spray bottle to wipe surfaces.
4. Do not use scented or fabric guard bleaches. Must use plain chlorine bleach.

Observation: Premises has recently reopened after changing to a clothing store in the winter. Equipment appears to have been relocated from original approve floor plan and new freezers have been added.

- cooler was 4
- deep freezers were - 18 C or colder
- No signs of pest activity noted during inspection
- Hand sink had liquid soap, paper towel, hot and cold water
- General sanitation is satisfactory.
