Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Chemical dishwasher had no detectable chlorine concentration. Operator attempted to prime the dishwasher - unable to dispense chlorine solution.
Corrective Action(s): While dishwasher is being serviced, used the two compartment sink to manually sanitize equipment and utensils. Operator purchased a sink plug at the time of inspection and prepared 100ppm bleach.

Observation: 1) Raw eggs were stored above ready-to-eat foods.
2) Foods were stored in opened metal cans.
3) Scoops were stored inside ingredient containers.
4) Foods in the walk-in cooler were uncovered.
Corrective Action(s): 1) Ensure eggs are stored below potential ready-to-eat foods to prevent potential contamination of foods.
2) Once metal cans of food are opened, the contents must be transferred to a food grade container to prevent potential contamination of foods. Foods were transferred to food grade containers at the time of inspection.
3) Ensure scoops are stored in a sanitary manner to prevent potential contamination of foods.
4) Ensure foods are properly covered to protect foods from potential contamination.

Observation: Rodent droppings were found throughout the facility. Facility currently serviced by a professional pest control operator.
Corrective Action(s): Contact pest control service operator to determine potential entry points for rodents. To prevent further infestation, ensure foods are stored off the floor and in pest proof containers, standing water is removed, and garbage is removed from the facility nightly. Continue to monitor for pest activity.

Observation: Rodent droppings were found throughout the facility. Facility is currently serviced by a professional pest control operator.
Corrective Action(s): Clean all areas affected with rodent droppings and sanitize using a 1:10 bleach solution.

Observation: Chemical dishwasher had no detectable chlorine concentration and dishwasher appeared to be leaking water.
Corrective Action(s): Contact service technician to service dishwasher to ensure at least 50ppm chlorine is detected during the final wash of the dish surface in order to properly sanitize equipment and food contact surfaces. also have technician determine source of the leak.

-Walk-in cooler was at 3C.
-Kitchen prep cooler was at 4C (top and bottom)
-Front beverage prep cooler was at 4C (top and bottom).
-Kitchen chest freezer was at -18C.
-Storage area chest freezers were at -16C and -24C
-Handwash station supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Washroom clean and sanitary. Handwash station supplied with liquid hand soap and single use paper towels.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 valid until February 25, 2022
