- All coolers temperature at 4 degree C or under
- All freezers temperature at -18 degree C or under
- Hot holding units temperature at 60 degree C or above
- Time stamps in place for items in condiment line. *Discussed with the manager that food must be moved to coolers/discard after the time stamps
- QUATs sanitizer in dispenser and spray bottle measured at 200 ppm
- General sanitation is good, no sign of pest noted at the time of inspection
- Ice machine is clean, ice scoop is stored in a sanitary manner
- Thermometer is available
- Temperature log for refrigeration units is well maintained
