Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): - Sanitizer solution in the spray bottle in the kitchen is measured at 0ppm quats residual at the time of inspection
Corrective Action(s): - Empty out all bottles at the end of the day. Ensure that fresh solution is filled everyday from the dispenser
- Fresh filled solution at the time of inspection was measured at 200ppm quats residual

Observation: - A single use bowl was used to scoop food from the bulk bin at the back storage area in kitchen
- Boxes of crakers and condiments near servers area (service window) are stored on the floor
Corrective Action(s): - Do not use bowls. Use scoop with handle to scoop food from bulk storage, ensure that scoop is stored in a way that the handle does not come in contact with the food
- Store all items off the floor to protect from contamination

Observation: Pest (rodent) droppings were observed in the following areas,
In the kitchen - Below dry storage shelving units
- Stainless steel shelves below prep table (where nachos are stored)
- Area near the back exit door and laundry machine
In bar area - Behind storage for glasses
- Near and behind handwashing station on the counter,
- All storage shelves below counters
Corrective Action(s): - Lift all items from the floor and remove all items from storage shelves
- Remove all droppings and clean the area
- Sanitize the area with 200ppm quats sanitizer solution. Let it air dry before putting the items back on shelves or in place
- Email pest control company reports. Seal of all holes and crevices where a rodent can enter.

Observation: - Pest droppings are observed in the kitchen and bar area. Please see Violation 304 for details

- Remove the droppings and clean the area
- Spray 200ppm quats sanitizer solution and let it air dry

- Upright storage freezers are functional, measured at -12C to -14C
- Hot holding unit is measured above 60C
- Dishwasher dispensed 50ppm chlorine during final rinse cycle
- Food contact surface sanitizer available at dispenser unit, measured at 200 ppm quats.
- Bar glass washer at 12.5 ppm iodine during final rinse cycle
