2. Do not store scoops together with food to avoid contamination from handles
3. Clean this fan or remove it from the facility
4. Ensure rice scoops are stored in ice water < or = 4C or washed in dishwasher every 2 hours

-Bleach solution at 100 ppm available
-No signs of pests observed during inspection
-Ice machine is clean. Ice scoop is stored separately.
-High temp dishwasher in use. Final rinse at 81C.
