Comments

- Ceiling in hallways have been temporarily sealed; work will be completed next week. Ensure all surfaces are non-porous, smooth, and easily cleanable.
- All hand washing stations were properly supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels. Paper towel dispensers were working properly and soap dispensers were in use.
- Quats surface sanitizer available in labelled bottles in the kitchen and at the bar.
- General cleaning has been completed in hard-to-reach areas. Walk-in cooler floor and floor under ice machine have been cleaned.
- Ensure to continue monitoring for new mouse droppings on a daily basis, and cleaning and sanitizing affected areas as necessary.
- Deep cleaning in all areas must be done once a week at a minimum.
