(B) Loose tea leaf stored in a open container at the front area.
(C) Strainer buckets (two red ones) are worn out.
Corrective Action(s): (A) Correction: Once the canned food has been opened, must immediately transfer to food grade container to prevent from contamination.

(B) Correction: Make sure loose tea leaf is stored in a proper container with lid on it to prevent from contamination.

Comments
-Handwash stations stocked with liquid soap, paper towel and hot/cold water.
-Sanitizer bucket available with 100 ppm bleach.
-All freezers are -18 deg. C or lower.
-All coolers are 4 deg. C or lower.
-All hot holding units are 60 deg. C or higher except one trolley (30 deg. C). Operator indicates that trolley is only used for lunch time. Food are stored in the trolley for 1 hour, leftovers will be discarded or served as employee's meal.
-No obvious signs of pest activity observed Ecolab pest control service visits once a month.
-Low temperature dishwasher 50 ppm chlorine residual. Make sure test strip is used to test residual every day in the morning. Record the result in a data sheet,
