Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observations: container of pooled egg whites noted stored in walk-in cooler #1
Corrections: Discard pooled egg whites. Pooled eggs must cooked immediately after pooling to prevent the spread and growth of Salmonella that may be present in the eggs. Refer to the Guidelines for Pooling Eggs Safely at www.bccdc.ca for proper handling of pooled eggs. Repeat infraction of pooled eggs as per previous inspection report from Nov 6, 2020

Corrections: 1) Store raw eggs below ready-to-eat foods to prevent cross-contamination
2) 9 cans of dented coconut milk cans discard as they are potentially contaminated
