All food (raw meat) was covered in walk-in cooler.
All dried food (ex. tea leaves, spices) were stored in containers with pest proof lids
Did not observe frozen meat being thawed at room temp directly in dishwashing sink during reinspection
Back door to the kitchen was fixed
No signs of mice droppings and mechanical room was well organized and maintained
Grease/food debris build up on vent hood/ below main grill/ underside of shelves
Wok station has been cleaned/removed
Mold/dirt in live fish tank has been cleaned
New shelves with wheels in walk in cooler
Broken wall below and around hand sinks has been fixed
